Is this only for tourism businesses?
The Club is designed around tourism and trade, but it also works well for NGOs, government units, development programmes and corporate teams that are active in, or connected to, the tourism value chain.
How much time do I need to commit each month?
At minimum, you should plan for the 1-hour mentorship session and time to act on agreed priorities. Growth and Elite members may also allocate extra time for mini-audits, strategy sprints and internal conversations with their teams.
Can more than one person from our organisation participate?
Yes. Many members bring a co-founder, manager or project lead into sessions where it makes sense. You can indicate who should be included during onboarding and adjust as your needs evolve.
Is this a fixed contract or can we adjust as we grow?
Membership is structured as a monthly subscription. As your responsibilities or projects expand, you can move between Starter, Growth and Elite, or speak to Beacon Africa about what level of support is most appropriate.
